When can I move in?
Once you have confirmed your space requirements and completed the new rental process, you can move in at anytime during regular access hours (6am-9pm, everyday).
How much notice do I need to give before moving out?
All contracts are month-to-month. When you plan on moving out, let us know as early as possible. We do require a minimum of 3 days notice before you move out.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a storage space?
We require 2 pieces of government issued ID, at least one of which must include a photo (driver’s license, province ID, or passport).
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.
Do I have to pay a deposit for the space?
Absolutely not! We do not require any type of deposit for the space.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you will be given your own unique security pass code that will allow you access to your storage unit during normal access hours (6am-9pm).
How do I make a payment?
Majority of our customers take advantage of our automatic credit card payment program. Once you are setup for this program, your credit card will be charged at the beginning of the month automatically for the rent amount. The advantages of this is that you will not be required to come down to the property in person to pay, you will avoid any late fees and gather the benefits offered from your credit card company (points, cash-back) for using this form of payment.
You can also pay in person, mail a cheque or make a payment through our website (coming soon).
What forms of payments do you accept?
Cash, cheque, debit, VISA, MasterCard and money order.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We have a huge selection of high quality boxes and packing supplies that we offer at our properties. Let our team help you find solutions to your packing requirements.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
We always recommend that you visit one of our properties so we can help you with your space requirements. You can also take advantage of our Space Estimator on our website that will provide you with a good indication of what size space you will need or call our customer experience manager for assistance.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
YES. You are not permitted to store anything explosive, flammable or perishable. Gases, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables items (food) are strictly prohibited.

Do you have elevators at your facility?
Yes. We have large industrial elevators that will make it easy for you to move your items into a unit on a upper floor.
Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
Yes. We have several complimentary dollies around the property that you can use to easily move your items in.
